After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of any quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims are to be filed within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. Should the responsibility rest with the Seller, a response along with settlement suggestions will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
