1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days of goods arriving at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims require accompanying Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by the seller. If the seller is deemed responsible, a reply and settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
