After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days following the arrival of the goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims should be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by the Seller and Buyer. If the Seller is found responsible, a response along with a settlement suggestion will be provided to the Buyer within 20 days of receiving the claim.
