After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days following the arrival of goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be submitted within 15 days of goods arrival. Claims must be accompanied by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response with a settlement proposal will be sent to the Buyer within 20 days of receiving the claim.
