After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of any quality discrepancies, buyers are encouraged to file a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims must be supported by recognized public surveyors' reports agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond within 20 days, providing a resolution proposal.
