1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of any quality discrepancies, please lodge a claim within 60 days post cargo arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is liable, a response with a settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
