After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In case of quality discrepancy, a claim should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days. All claims need to be supported by recognized public surveyor reports agreed upon by the Seller. If the responsibility falls on the Seller, a response with a settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
