After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, claims should be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days following the arrival of goods at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days post-arrival at the destination port. All claims need to be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, providing a suggested resolution to the Buyer.
