After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer should lodge a claim within 60 days following the arrival of the goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, a claim must be submitted within 15 days. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the responsibility for the claim rests with the Seller, they will respond within 20 days of claim receipt, accompanied by a suggested settlement plan.
