After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the unlikely event of a quality discrepancy, clients must file a claim within 60 days post-arrival of goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is responsible, a reply with a settlement proposal will be issued within 20 days of claim receipt.
