In the event of a quality issue, buyers must submit a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims require survey reports from recognized public surveyors agreed upon by both parties. If the seller is found responsible, a response, including a settlement suggestion, will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
