After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, claims should be filed by the Buyer within 60 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is responsible, a reply with a resolution suggestion will be provided within 20 days after receiving the claim.
