After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In case of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims require accompanying Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, providing a settlement suggestion.
