After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the rare event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days. All claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, approved by the Seller. Should the Seller be responsible, a response and settlement suggestion will follow within 20 days of claim receipt.
