After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and quantity guaranteed
Should there be any discrepancy in quality, claims must be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination. In terms of quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the responsibility falls on the Seller, a response will be sent within 20 days along with a proposed resolution.
