After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers should file a claim within 60 days following the arrival of goods at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days of the goods' arrival. All claims should be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the responsibility lies with the Seller, a reply and settlement suggestion will be provided to the Buyer within 20 days of receiving the claim.
