1. Quality and quantity guaranteed
In any case of quality discrepancy, buyers are encouraged to lodge claims within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For any quantity issues, claims should be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims require accompanying Survey Reports from recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. Should the claim's responsibility lie with the Seller, a resolution, including a settlement proposal, will be communicated to the Buyer within 20 days of receiving the claim.
