After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and quantity guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers are encouraged to file a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be submitted within 15 days of arrival. All claims should include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the responsibility lies with the Seller, a response and settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
