After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days after goods arrive at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, agreed by the Seller. If responsibility lies with the Seller, a reply and settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
