After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and quantity guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must file a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by the Seller. If the claim's responsibility lies with the Seller, they will respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, along with settlement suggestions.
