After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, claims should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will reply within 20 days of receiving the claim, providing a resolution suggestion.
