After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of any quality discrepancy, the Buyer should lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by both parties. Should the Seller be deemed responsible, they are required to respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, providing a resolution proposal.
