After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim must be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days post-arrival of the goods at the destination port. For a quantity discrepancy, the claim should be filed within 15 days post-arrival. Every claim must include Survey Reports by Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually recognized by the Seller. If the Seller is held accountable, a response along with a proposed settlement will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
