the event of a quality issue, the Buyer must file a claim within 60 days post-goods' arrival at the destination port. For any quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days following arrival. All claims require a Survey Report from an agreed-upon Recognized Public Surveyor. If liability is determined to rest with the Seller, a response with a settlement proposal will be sent within 20 days of claim receipt.
