After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and quantity guaranteed
In case of any quality discrepancies, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days. All claims must be accompanied by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found accountable, a response with a settlement proposal will be sent to the Buyer within 20 days after receiving the claim.
