After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers should file a claim within 60 days of goods arriving at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days. All claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors mutually agreed upon by the Seller. If responsibility falls on the Seller, a resolution will be proposed within 20 days of receiving the claim.
