After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim can be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days. All claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond with a settlement proposal within 20 days of receiving the claim.
