After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days post-arrival. All claims require accompanying Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible for the claim, a detailed response and settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of receipt.
