After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim must be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, it must be lodged within 15 days. All claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response with a settlement suggestion will be sent within 20 days after the claim is received.
