After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and quantity guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days of goods arriving at their destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days. All claims require accompanying Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors approved by the Seller. If found at fault, the Seller will respond within 20 days, providing a resolution proposal.
