After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of any quality discrepancies, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, a claim must be made within 15 days of arrival. Claims are to be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is liable, a response will be provided within 20 days, along with settlement suggestions.
