After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In cases of quality discrepancies, the Buyer should lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days. All claims should include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is responsible, they will respond within 20 days with a settlement suggestion.
