After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers are required to file a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For any quantity discrepancies, claims must be submitted within 15 days post-arrival. Each claim must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. Should the Seller be responsible, a response and proposed settlement will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
