After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality mismatch, claims should be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days of arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. Should the Seller be responsible, a response with settlement suggestions will be sent to the Buyer within 20 days.
