After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guarantee
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For any quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days post-arrival. Every claim must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors mutually agreed upon by both Buyer and Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they are obliged to respond within 20 days, offering a resolution to the Buyer.
