After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer should lodge a claim within 60 days after goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, the claim should be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be substantiated with Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by the Seller. If responsibility lies with the Seller, they will respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, accompanied by a suggested settlement plan.
