After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guarantee
In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim must be filed by the Buyer within a 60-day period following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, the Buyer must file a claim within 15 days of the goods' arrival. All claims should include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response and settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
