After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assured
In the event of a quality discrepancy, claims must be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims are to be submitted within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond within 20 days of receiving the claim with a proposed resolution.
