After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and quantity guaranteed
In cases of quality discrepancies, buyers must submit claims within 60 days of receiving goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days. All claims should include Survey Reports by recognized public surveyors endorsed by the Seller. If found liable, the Seller will respond with a settlement proposal within 20 days of receiving the claim.
