After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of any quality discrepancies, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days post-arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be submitted within 15 days. All claims require accompanying Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response, including a settlement proposal, will be provided within 20 days of claim reception.
