After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at their destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond with a proposed settlement within 20 days of receiving the claim.
