After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guarantee
In the unfortunate event of a quality discrepancy, it is crucial for the Buyer to lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, the claim period is within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must be substantiated by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors mutually agreed upon by both parties. Should the Seller be found responsible, a response, alongside a proposed resolution, will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
