After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the unlikely event of a quality discrepancy, buyers must file a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond and propose a settlement within 20 days of receiving the claim.
