After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days following the arrival of the goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, a claim must be made within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is responsible, they will respond within 20 days of claim receipt, providing suggestions for settlement.
