After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality discrepancy, claims should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days following the arrival of goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. Should the Seller be found responsible, a reply with a settlement suggestion will be sent to the Buyer within 20 days of claim receipt.
