After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must file a claim within 60 days following the arrival of goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days post-arrival. Claims should be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is deemed responsible, they will respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, offering settlement suggestions.
