After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the rare event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer should lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, as agreed by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they shall respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, accompanied by a proposed settlement.
