After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim must be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days following the arrival of goods at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days post-arrival. Claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the Seller is found responsible, a response with proposed settlement will be sent to the Buyer within 20 days of claim receipt.
