After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, claims must be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days following the arrival of the goods at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days. All claims should be accompanied by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors acknowledged by the Seller. If liability is determined to lie with the Seller, a resolution will be proposed within 20 days of claim receipt.
