After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assured
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers are encouraged to submit claims within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors as agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response will be issued within 20 days, along with settlement suggestions.
